If you read these words, you are probably curious about Gestalt therapy. And perhaps you are also looking for a space where you can find support and explore ways to regain the possibility of being yourself in a more fulfilling, meaningful, and serene manner.

In the different sections, you will find information about my approach to Gestalt therapy, what it consists of, practicalities, and contact details.

No one comes to therapy because of feeling peaceful and happy. Unfortunately, feelings of being down, trapped or blocked, or traumatic experiences of our past emerge and manifest in our present. When they do, they prevent us from living a meaningful and fulfilling life, where we are in control of our way of relating to the world, our environment and where we take ownership and responsibility for it.

Initiating a healing process means exploring our inner emotions and reactions to events, especially traumatic ones. It means to raise our awareness about how we adjust to situations and how to reframe our experiences, personal beliefs and narratives.

This is what psychotherapy, and in this case, Gestalt therapy, is about.
